The Cabinet of Analytical Theologians, or C.A.T. for short, is a non-profit organization, whose aim is the research, documentation and possible experimentation on any phenomenon that can not be explained by the officially accepted laws of science, in other words, the supernatural. Without any written record of existing in any country, they rarely leave any trace behind and the whereabouts of their base is currently unknown to "the surface" and a great percentage of "the underworld". They simply appear out of nowhere to state their demands for the work they offer. Among their colleagues, their organization is labeled as "influential but minor", pulling only a few strings behind the curtains.
Despite their name, the ideology of this group is not based on logically exterminating anything that goes against their beliefs. On the contrary, they strive to capture and preserve anything that goes and has gone beyond the boundary and cultivate it for future generations, possibly even find a niche to integrate it. However, whatever they capture in their web, they drag it to the darkest depths and hide it from the world, until an appropriate time has been deemed. Thus far, such a time has not come.
The members of this organization are mainly skilled in agility, speed, defense and concealing evidence. Depending on the sector they work in, their specialization may vary, yet each and every one of them has been taught proper etiquette and a safe fast method of disarming common enemies. The method to enter the organization is kept secret, yet rumors state that many of the current members were picked up from the streets, orphanages or kidnapped from abusive homes and had been previously branded as problem, insane or abnormal children.
Albeit C.A.T. has worked on the "Notebook" case for three months, they have yet to conclude the method the culprits use to execute their plans. In addition, there is very little they have concluded about the duo themselves. All they know about their physiology is that the perpetrators are two young people between the ages of fifteen and twenty five and that one is female and one is male. Both are exuberant and eccentric, have no records in the underground archives prior to their attack in Elpa City and that there is no conclusive pattern of their targets.
C.A.T. has dispatched a team of ten individuals in Oblak, short-handed as they are, and await further reports. The team includes one "lioness", three "tigers", three "cheetahs", one "lynx" and two "caracals".
