Rules of the Wheel of Fortune's notebook
1. The owner of the Wheel of Fortune has the power to bring upon different kinds of fortune to the animate and to the inanimate.
2. The types of fortune can be "Excellent", "Good", "Half", "Bad" and "Awful".
3. If the owner wishes to grant a type of fortune to a human being,
the owner must write down the fortune, the full name of the person and their exact birth date in the notebook.
The said fortune will be granted in the following day.
4. If the owner wishes to grant a type of fortune to an animal,
the owner must write down the fortune, name of the animal and a short description of it or the location of its home.
The said fortune will be granted after a period of ten minutes.
5. If the owner wishes to grant a type of fortune to a plant of fungi,
the owner must write down the fortune, a basic description of the subject and their location.
The said fortune will be granted after a period of ten hours.
6. If the owner wishes to grant a type of fortune to an inanimate object,
the owner must write down the type of fortune, rip the piece of paper on which it is written on and stick it to the object.
No sticking material is required. The fortune will be granted with a delay of ten seconds.
7. The results of the fortune are not determined by the owner of this notebook.
8. The death of the subject can not be brought upon through this notebook.
9. The owner of the Wheel of Fortune's notebook can not grant fortune to themselves.
10. The owner can not tamper with the ownership of the Wheel of Fortune's notebook.
11. Fortunes for Strength, The Hermit, Justice, The Hanged Man, Death, The Devil or for The Tower shall not come true.
12. If the same being or object is given excellent fortune three times consecutively, their next fortune will be awful.
13. If the same being or object is given good fortune three times consecutively, their next fortune will be bad.
14. If the same being or object is given bad fortune three times consecutively, their next fortune will be good.
15. If the same being or object is given awful fortune three times consecutively, their next fortune will be excellent.
16. Rules from twelve to fifteen can not be changed under any circumstances.
17. Fortune that has once been written down can not be stopped.
18. Two fortunes can not be granted for the same object or being in the same day.
19. The owner of the Wheel of Fortune's notebook must not reveal that they are the owner of this notebook to anyone, other than to other notebook owners.
20. Every time the owner writes in the Wheel of Fortune's notebook, a portion of their lifespan is taken.
Each fortune given to an inanimate object takes away one second of the owner's lifespan.
Each fortune given to a plant of fungi takes away ten minutes from the owner's lifespan.
Each fortune given to an animal takes away an hour from the owner's lifespan.
